General Policy

• All bookings made through our website or third-party booking platforms are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Casa Florestos due to the nature of the property.

Accessibility

• Casa Florestos is located in a pedestrianized area on a gentle slope and accessed via steps from the main walkway leading to the house.
• Due to the historic nature of the property, there are low doorways, ceiling beams, and staircases which may require taller guests to duck.
• Studio Miro and Studio Picasso are located on the ground floor.
• Studio Miro includes a compact shower room and double-aspect views.
• Studio Picasso features a large bed that can be configured as twin beds on request and includes a spacious triangular shower.
• Duplex Gris and Apartment Dali are accessed via a steep staircase. Duplex Gris also includes a narrow spiral staircase connecting the sleeping area and bathroom.
• If you are unsure about accessibility or have any mobility issues, please contact us before you book and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
• Casa Florestos accepts no responsibility if you have not checked accessibility with us before booking and arrive to find the accommodation unsuitable.

Bookings & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings made via third-party booking platforms may be subject to additional terms set by those platforms.

Cancellation Policy

• Direct bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the accommodation can be successfully rebooked.
• No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
• Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Change of Accommodation

If a booking is taken for a specific studio, suite or apartment and it is required to meet a specific guest need, or rendered unusable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to a room or flat of similar or higher quality.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00
• Check-out: By 11:00
• Alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance.

Damages & Missing Items

• Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or missing items during their stay.
• Please report any damage immediately so that we can address it promptly. Charges may apply for significant damage or missing items.

Keys & Access

• Guests will receive keys upon arrival providing 24-hour access to the building and accommodation.
• Lost keys will incur a €30 replacement charge plus any additional security costs if locks must be replaced.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Smoking is only permitted on the front or roof terraces.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property. Certified assistance dogs are welcome.

Liability

• Casa Florestos is not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or other incidents occurring during a guest’s stay.
• We may use independent suppliers for services such as food, transportation, or activities. These operate under their own terms and conditions.

Lost Property

• Casa Florestos is not responsible for personal belongings. Guests are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy that covers expenses associated with the loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal effects.
• If items are found after departure, we can arrange return shipping subject to a €10 handling fee plus postage.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
